If you’re completely new to yoga or haven’t practiced for a while, then this 4 week course is perfect for you! Practicing alongside people who are in the same boat as you and with similar ability, there’s no need to worry about knowing your stuff! Hey, everyone’s got to start somewhere right?!

During these 4 weeks you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga practice, cover some key postures and look at correct alignment to build your confidence to go and rock your stuff on the mat!
