Retreats are really special
They can feel like a big investment but can be truly life changing. They are a great time to step away from the daily grind, create a deeper connection with your ‘self’ and go deeper into your yoga practice and perhaps unlock some things that you are working on.
I have been excited about offering retreats for a few years now but put it off, quite frankly out of fear of wanting to them perfect and having the ‘what if’ doubts that anyone will be interested to book on.
So now I am making that dream a reality and kicking the self-doubt to the side, because I truly believe in the magic that will be created through my retreats, creating memorable experiences for those who join.
I am passionate about bringing together community, yoga practice, good vibes and fun, immersing ourselves into nature, away from the distractions and over-stimulation of our busy lifestyles, and of course a sensory experience with delicious food.
Every time I have gone on retreats, I have re-emerged in my life as a nicer, happier, more balanced, patient and content human! I feel I am able to strip away the distractions and labels and connect back into ‘me’, returning home to my true ‘self’.
A typical retreat will have two practices a day, an extended morning dynamic practice and an evening restorative practice, with all the props and comfort vibes! During the day you can spend it how you wish, whether you feel like chillaxing with a book, exploring the surrounding nature, going swimming, or working on specific areas of your yoga practice in the workshops that will be on offer. You will be fed nourishing meals and are free to BYOB (bring your own booze) to sip on in the evenings (hangovers at your own risk!).

This weekend retreat is the perfect way to immerse yourself in nature & your yoga practice, without needing to travel far.
This weekend at the magical venue of West Lexham will be time for you to escape the hustle and bustle of every-day life and indulge in some you-time, immersing into your yoga practice, with yummy food, wild swimming, journaling, nature walks, chilling by the fire and BYOW (bring your own wine – optional!).
What’s included:
– 3 days & 2 nights accommodation
– Friday evening welcome circle and yoga, Saturday morning 2hr dynamic yoga + breathwork practice and an evening restore practice, Sunday morning 2hr dynamic yoga + breathwork practice
– Saturday workshop to explore arm balances, inversion drills & tricky transitions
– All yoga mats & props
– Nourishing seasonal meals prepared by a chef, including snacks & teas
– Outdoor heated swimming pool

Accommodation & Investment
If you are joining on your own, sharing a room with other solo travellers is a great way to meet people and make new friends, I have made so many beautiful retreat friendships this way! Or, if you have a preferred comrade you want to be paired with, let me know!
Accommodation options are in gorgeous cottages with spacious communal sitting room. Costs are inclusive of all of the activities listed above.

Fancy a sunny European trip? I got you! We are going catch some of the last summer rays!
Come and spend a week bathing in the sunshine, surrounded by mountainous views and chilling out poolside! This stunning venue is the perfect setting to escape the stresses and distractions at home, to switch off and immerse yourself in nature and vitamin D, whilst indulging in some guilt-free ‘me-time’, nourishing food, nature walks, swimming and yoga!

Restarting soon: Full moon ‘Me-treat’

The theme of this Full Moon ‘Me-treat’ is on the element water and the associated second (svadhisthana) chakra. We will be looking at finding flow, flexibility, and fun!
This will be the ultimate me-time event, which I’m lovingly creating as a yoga journey through our senses. You’ll receive a specially curated goody bag of items that will be used alongside a yoga journey from yang to yin.
With a sense of calm and awareness, we’ll briefly journal on some key points with a theme of fresh starts and your relationship with yourself and others. We’ll use this to set a Sankalpa (intention) for our short Yoga Nidra practice that we’ll end on, including a sound bath, to create the ultimate experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
