This practice starts with flowing yoga poses, focused on mobility and alignment, before ending with restorative poses and relaxation with aromatherapy oils. This class is an embodied, explorative and mindful practice and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and nurtured.
Taught in candlelight, this class aims to create the ultimate zen environment to help you fully chillax. In this practice you will mindfully move and stretch your body to help replenish and rejuvenate both body and mind, so you can carry on the week feeling recharged and ready for anything!
