Blissfest Supperfest

Last Friday of the month 6:30-8:30pm

Asian Centre Building, 18a Orford Road London E17 9LN

A special monthly class, Blissfest Supperfest does what it says on the tin, leaves you feeling in ultimate bliss!

Taught in candlelight and to music, this class starts with a flowing practice to get your energy levels lifted with breathwork and movement. We’ll then turn down the tempo, ending with some nurturing restorative poses to help you deeply relax and calm both body and mind.

This class takes the format of the Friday Night Slowdown but here’s the cherry on the top: after you’ve recharged and restored from the yoga class, we’ll be offering a ‘Supper Club’ style dinner, consisting of wholesome homemade veggie food, with delicious side dishes and treats. You’ll get to grab a plate, pull up a seat and chat away to your newfound yogi friends!

Blissfest Supperfest aims to create a community of like-minded people who want to come together, move, stretch, chill out and fill up on some yummy grub, amongst great company. This session is a great way to end the week, helping you feel calm, restored, recharged and ready for the weekend. Pure bliss!

Suitable for all levels.

The Asian Centre is a beautiful, locally listed community space on Orford Road, home to the Walthamstow Forest Community Hub.
