Mandala Flow

Mandala is a vinyasa flow class, where the sequence is designed to move 360 around the mat. Classes are based on the 4 basic elements – Fire, Water, Earth and Air, as accordingly with the Mayan calendar, each day is related with an element.⁠ Each element links to a specific area of the body, so we will flow and move with the breath, working on that particular target area:⁠

🌬️ Air – backbends, opening up the shoulders and quads. Energetically we will be activating Anahata Chakra, related with our social identity and self love, finding space in our hearts.⁠
🔥 Fire – spinal twists, glutes and IT band. Energetically we will be activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.⁠
💧 Water – hips and groin. Energetically we will be activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system. ⁠
🌳 Earth – hamstrings. Energetically we will be activating Muladhara, the Root Chakra, related with grounding.⁠

The practice usually starts and ends with a short Yin session so we prepare and “close” the areas of the body that will be working on.⁠

Flow and Restore

Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15pm


First Class: £5              Drop-in: £7           5 class pass: £30 (£6/class)

This class is deeply nourishing for body and mind, linking mindful movement to breath. This practice starts with flowing yoga poses, focused on mobility and alignment, before ending with restorative poses and relaxation with aromatherapy oils. This class is an embodied, explorative and mindful practice and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and nurtured.

An evening of yoga, food and community.

This yoga supperclub in Walthamstow (Stowga..get it?!) aims to bring together my 3 favourite things: yoga, food and people! More importantly, this event aims to raise awareness of Eat or Heat, an organisation that endeavours to help feed people in these times of austerity.

A private 1-2-1 session might be just what you need. 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to you, so we can focus on your needs and goals. Sessions can be booked in blocks of 3 or 5 and include additional resources and guidance, to make sure you see progress along the way.

Starter package: 1 x 90 minute initial consultation session to identify your needs and goals. 2 x 60 minute sessions.
